We carry out repair and maintenance work on a variety of printers. Contact us with your printer make and printer model, include a description of the problem you have and we will quote you accordingly.
Most companies charge a call out fee and then an hourly rate for the repair - this means that you will not know how much the final charge will be until the engineer has finished repairing your printer, BCS Ltd charge on a per visit basis.
The only additional charge will be for spare parts if they are needed, and the we will let you know how much any parts will cost BEFORE they are fitted. The decision to fit any parts is entirely yours.
